Remove the New Folder button for now since folders in S5 are a CID-based file that list their children there is no way to dynamically rebuild a folder without unpinning the old version.

This can be used elsewhere in the future

@pcfreak30 is there not a way for us to create a folder from the API side or abstract it for the user? It really is weird to have different behavior for different networks, in such case we should just not support folders altogether until we figure it out.

PS: I think you mean deactivating for all networks lol

No, I mean just make a commit to remove so it can be reverted later... and yes, all nets design their data structures in very different ways.

The goal as well is the portal will NOT be needed to be trusted and the client will do the bulk of the work long term.
