fix: transaction type in TxpoolContent ( #1844 )

TxpoolContent used a custom type for the transactions inside of it.
This type was missing some fields that the current JSON RPC API
provides. Now it uses the standard transaction type which is able to
hold all provided fields.
Fixes : #1843
