feat(core): add helpers to unwrap `TypedTransaction` (#1278)

* add different helpers for type transactions

* remove as_() on TypedTransaction

* specify into_eip2930 when it matches a legacy tx

* remove unused error type

* specify into_legacy when it matches an eip2930 tx
